Mike Lockwood

Helping organizations design, develop, and implement high-impact organizational improvement initiatives has been the central focus of Mike’s career during the past 30 years.  Much of that time was spent as vice president of process design for Maritz Inc.

Using a combination of communications, education, feedback systems, and reward systems, Mike has delivered significant gains to his clients. He has designed and implemented numerous types of performance improvement systems for a variety of companies including AT&T, American Airlines, Boeing Georgia Pacific, Xerox, NYNEX, and many others.

In addition to holding leadership positions on quality measurement programs, Mike is certified as a Lead Auditor of ISO 9000, an internationally recognized standard for quality management in business-to-business dealings.
